Kepler 6B
Original title: Kepler Sexto B
German title: Kepler-6b
Jonás is convinced that his flat is a space shuttle and that he is on a NASA space mission to planet Kepler, which is hostile to humans. He therefore only enters the hallway in a space suit. The elderly man has designed his room to look like the interior of a space station. A fan heater serves as an on-board computer and his only conversation partner. Then he meets Zaida. The thirteen-year-old girl only recently moved into the modest apartment building. Zaida suffers not only from the loss of her mother, but also from her guardian, constantly drunken and violent uncle Paco. The girl recognises Jonás as a person retreating from the tragedies of his life into a fantasy world. To bring him back to reality, she pretends to be the captain of a rescue mission. But Jonás does not want to return to Earth as long as his son Pedro is lost on Kepler. So Zaida sets out to find Pedro. Unfortunately, he turns out to be a drug addict who wants to have nothing more to do with his father. The girl uses a trick to lure Pedro into Jonás’ flat. But this only escalates the situation.
