Moonbound

Peter, called little Pete by everyone, much to his chagrin, has just moved house with his mother and his younger sister Anna. He now has to share a room with the little nag, look after her and listen to her chatter. One evening, she rattles on about a May bug called Zoomzeman that has to fly to the moon in order to find his wife and his lost arm again and to defeat the power-hungry Moonman who wants to rule the entire universe. However, this dangerous journey would only be possible if two brave, animal-loving human children accompanied the bug. Peter considers this to be nonsense, while his mother thinks that Anna has a vivid imagination. Anna herself, however, believes that she and Peter have been chosen to help the bug and secretly runs away. Peter has no alternative but to hurry after her. An exciting journey to the moon begins, in the course of which the siblings meet strange creatures such as Nightfairy, Sand man, little shining shooting stars and many nature spirits, and together they take up the fight against the evil Moonman.
