The Skin of the Water
Camila is a cheerful teenager. She has the best time with her friend, especially when they float in the water. When Camilaʼs mother falls into a coma after a serious car accident, she has to move in with her estranged father. When a 28-year-old young man catches her attention, she can forget her pain together with him for a while. But in the end, their problems return to haunt them, and Camila feels alone again. Although she senses that her father is concerned and that her friend and even a psychologist are there for her, all she wants is for her mother to finally get well. Her world ultimately collapses when she learns that her mother has died in hospital. In desperation, she attempts to take her own life with pills. But her father is there for her. He searches for her, finds her and takes care of her, so that the two of them can build trust in each other. However, Camila will need some time to process what she has experienced.
