Jackie is the daughter of a curator working at the famous Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. A Rembrandt painting from the 17th century showing a young woman named Oopjen Coppit has just been borrowed from Paris. Jackie is fascinated by the work. It almost seems as if Oopjen was alive and watching her.
