Even nine-year-old Anna notices this when at a carnival party, some boys do not dress up but simply appear in Nazi uniforms. Shortly afterwards, Anna’s father Arthur Kemper, a famous theatre critic, writer and Nazi opponent, receives a secret tip that the Nazis want to arrest him.
