Winners of the short film competition
The Professional Jury Short and Animated Film at this year's SCHLiNGEL International Film Festival for Children and Young Audiences has made it's decision. After viewing all the short films screened during the festival and intensive deliberations, the short film winners of the 29th SCHLiNGEL edition have now been chosen. During the “Long Night of Short Films” on Saturday evening at the Metropol cinema, the productions “This Is Not a Character, This Is Betrayal”, “Game Rules”, “Head in the Clouds” and “Forever Seven” were awarded one of the coveted SCHLiNGEL prizes in the four competition categories. The jury also awarded three Special Mentions. This year's Professional Jury Short and Animated Film consisted of Vanessa Kuhfs, Jürgen Pinkert, Franka Sachse and Ines Wolter.
