At the beginning of November Michael Harbauer's next stop was the Indian Children's Film Festival “The Golden Elephant“ in Hyderabad, where he was a member of the International Jury. In a panel discussion he spoke together with other festival directors, producers and scientists about "Market Creation & Festivals to Promote Children's Films". Furthermore he was participating in the CIFEJ's general meeting, which will be followed by a board meeting during the 23rd SCHLINGEL edition next year.
In the meanwhile, Programme Advisor Dr. Volker Petzold visited the 10th International Children's and Youth Film Festival Juniorfest in Czech Republic, where he attended a symposium on the topic of German and Czech co-productions and the phenomenon of czech fairy tales using the example of IFF SCHLINGEL.
