Millions of people know the Diary of Anne Frank. The Jewish girl, who fled with her family to Amsterdam after Hitler seized power, had to hide there from the Nazis since July 1942. For 761 days, Anne and her parents, her sister Margot, the van Pels family and the dentist Dr. Pfeffer lived in a hiding place in the secret annex of her father’s company.
