Umut, a twelve-years-old Turkish boy from Stuttgart, talks nineteen to the dozen, wants to become a policeman, sometimes even a secret agent or a bodyguard. But he is not as confident as he seems because in reality he is teased and put under pressure by his big brother’s gang. They force him to rip people off and to steal mobile phones. One year older Luka of all people is his first victim. Luka is severely traumatized and does not speak a single word. A hand puppet made of cloth is his only way of getting in touch with the environment. Umut soon realizes that this strange, frightened boy is not just crazy but burdened by an incredible secret. Gradually the two of them become friends and experience the most exciting day of their lives.
