Johann lives with his mother. Ludwig lives with his sister Vera and his father on a farm almost under the newly built but never completed motorway bridge, which is now a popular destination for those weary of life. Even his mother jumped down from there one night. Since then the terrible sounds of those jumping have haunted him.
