The 11-year-old Sebastian finds out from his youthful brother Franz that the mother died at his birth. Confronted with this news, he feels guilty. He thinks that he lands after his death anyway in the purgatory. From now on Sebastian risks everything to "clean" himself from his sins. Besides, the family joiners in the pub of his father stand to him with amicable adivse aside. Nevertheless, Sebastians actions do not lead to the desired success.
