Ella and Friends - Operation Otter

In order to move up to third grade, Ella and her classmates have to spend a week in the Finnish woods with their teacher. At first, the children are not very enthusiastic about the trip into nature, as they would rather enjoy their summer holidays. But when the pupils encounter a family of otters at a lake, things suddenly get exciting. However, the animals are in great danger because a greedy businessman wants to raze a large part of the forest to the ground. A new amusement park is to be built on this site. The children cannot allow this to happen! When young Ella is finally asked by Mother Nature herself to protect the forest and the otter family, she, her class and their dedicated teacher do everything they can to thwart the plans. From now on, a great deal of creativity is needed to stop the builder and save the endangered otter family.
