Triple Trouble

Excitement at the National Museum of Poznań: The valuable painting “Beach in Pourville” by Claude Monet was stolen – just like 20 years ago! It was about to be ceremoniously unveiled after its restoration. But when 13-year-old Julka and her best friend Olek arrive at the museum, there is an explosion and the painting shatters into a thousand pieces. Julka’s aunt, the museum director, is shocked. To make matters worse, she is suspected of the crime by Inspector Rafalski. But Felka, the daughter of an artist, discovers that the destroyed painting was a copy, which her mother Kaja had recently made for a client. When the police simply arrest Kaja and Julka's aunt, the three children have to conduct their own investigations and find the real painting. The first trail leads to a flea market, where a mysterious woman gives them a hint to continue their search in the natural history museum. But suddenly they are caught in a dangerous chase. On top of that, cheeky Felka causes a great deal of confusion in the friendship between Julka and Olek.
