Detective Bruno
Original title: Detektyw Bruno
German title: Detektiv Bruno
Since the death of his parents a few months ago, eight-year-old Oskar has been living in an orphanage run by loving foster parents. His big hero is Detective Bruno from a popular TV series, of which he knows every episode inside out. The professional detective is supposed to help him with a treasure hunt, since on his birthday, Oskar gets hold of an envelope from his parents. Inside there is a clue leading him to his present. Oskar secretly goes to the film studio. For the boy, Bruno is a real detective and not the actor Bruno Księski. In reality, he is an arrogant, obnoxious guy with airs and graces and only interested in his career. But since his career is in danger at the moment, he agrees to meet with Oskar, just once and only to take a few photos for his image campaign. But Oskar does not let go. And while he and Detective Bruno start an urban adventure across Warsaw, the children in the orphanage have to come up with a lot of ideas to hide Oskarʼs absence from the foster parents.
