After moving into another city seven-year-old Laura has difficulties finding new friends. One day she discovers a little star that has fallen down from the sky. She fixes a plaster with loving care - the beginning of a fantastic friendship. But Laura must learn to let the star go for love and to give it back to the universe because on earth it is threatened to become extinct.
