Niko - Beyond the Northern Lights

Finally the time has come: reindeer Niko is to be trained in Santaʼs Flying Squad. But reindeer girl Stella has also applied for this position. So the two of them have to enter into a competition. The first two tasks end in a draw – sometimes Stella wins, then Niko. The third one is to be completed the next day. In the evening, Niko shows the reindeer girl a closely guarded secret: the location of Santaʼs sleigh. The next morning, the sleigh has disappeared. Just one day before Christmas! Now the festivities are in danger of being cancelled – a catastrophe! Niko has no choice but to set off on a search with his faithful friends, Julius the flying squirrel and Wilma the weasel. They soon discover who is behind the theft. It is Stella, who was acting on behalf of her father. He still has a score to settle with Nikoʼs father and therefore wants to prevent Christmas from happening. But the two reindeer children decide to do everything they can to ensure that the festival can take place. Even if they have to fly beyond the dangerous Northern Lights!
