Mr Mortimer Morrison brings two new magical animals to Winterstein School: gruff Silas gets vegan crocodile Rick, which looks scary but is actually really scared, and cocky Helene gets snobbish tomcat Karajan from Paris. However, she does not really have time for her magical companion because she has to find new followers for her influencer channel. Helene urgently needs money, lots of it, so her family does not have to move out of their expensive villa. When she learns that a fashion show featuring her icon Maja Malakara is to be held at the Natural History Museum, she arranges for her class to perform there as a show act. But the fashion show is scheduled for the same date as the annual Forest Day, which Ida and Jo organise together with their classmates. Now more than ever, this day is important because the forest is to make way for a luxury resort.
