The two dissimilar brothers Óscar and Teo live with their grandmother in a modest flat in Spain. Thirteen-year-old Óscar is a bookworm who loves to spend his summer afternoons studying the theory of relativity and is a real know-it-all. Ten-year-old Teo is bright, a bit cheeky and a football fan. Both are trying to deal with the loss of their mother in their own unique way. The promising scientist, who was obsessed with the possible existence of ‘wormholes’, has simply disappeared. The boys believe she has become a victim of her own discovery and has fallen into such a time machine herself. A theory that is met with scepticism and rejection from those around them.
