An Angel of the Lord

Excitement in heaven. One day before the birthday of small Christ everybody is on the legs. There is still a lot to prepare. Only archangel Petronel stands to everybody in the way. Together with the devil he does only nonsense, but another always carries the guilt for it. When he still tangles with God, he is condemned to 24 hours with the people to convert a sinner. If he does not succeed, he lands at the first Christmas Day in hell. On the earth Petronel learns the hardness to work the things out. He and the devil end up in a palace where they lie and betray. In his stupidity Petronel makes a huge mess. He changes the young count into a beggar, gives the greedy lady-in-waiting a treasure and let the disgusting caretaker yearning for the beautiful maid Dorotka. But at the end - like everytime - the love triumphes.
