German title: Leben ohne Sara Amat
Pep is 13. As every year, he spends his holidays in his grandmother's house in the country. There he meets again with his friends, who stir up the small town in the summertime. The gang includes Sara, who Pep is madly in love with. Every night the youngsters meet to play hide and seek or spin the bottle. Pep, the youngest of them, is always teased by Vidal, the mayor's son. On one of these evenings Sara disappears. The whole place is in turmoil and searching for her, but they find no trace of the girl. Pep is looking for her as well. When he comes home, he finds her in his room. She explains to him that she can no longer live with her parents and simply had to run away. He promises to cover for her. Little by little, Sara opens up to Pep and the two of them also get physically closer. But the hiding game and the lies put a strain on Pep. He has to decide between love and morality.
