Additional Information

The group of teenagers could not be more different, but all of them have little desire to go to a religious summer camp. Before their confirmation, they are to form their own small congregation and discuss the biblical paradise for a week in the countryside. Older, easy-going Juhani and young, fundamentalist Tiina are the leading pastors. Together with some helpers, they take care of the young people around self-confident Aliisa, who questions everything and everyone from the very beginning, egocentric Jenna and her girls’ gang, who are only interested in the party after their confirmation, and sensitive Panu, who only wants a rest from his constantly quarrelling parents. All of them have difficulties to get involved with each other and to make friends. They are torn between faith, freedom and self-determination, love and their search for themselves. Little by little, the group is growing together. But Jenna in particular often adopts a confrontational course.
