Additional Information

Ido’s enthusiasm for sailing and the sea was inspired by his mother. When she died, something inside him broke. The teenager finds no answers with his father, they become increasingly estranged from one another. Ido’s best friends, quiet Yoni and impulsive Erez, give him security. They share his passion for football and for their home club: Maccabi Haifa, which has reached the Champions League final for the first time. Since the airspace over Haifa is considered unsafe, the match is transferred to Cyprus. Ido’s world falls apart. Moreover, he adores Sasha, the prettiest girl of his class and YouTube beauty star. Ido, Yoni and Erez decide to build a raft to travel the 270 kilometres to Cyprus. At the beginning of their adventure, a stowaway puts the project to the test and the sea shows its rough face. The four are confronted with their fears and both the journey and their friendship are at stake.
