16-year-old Tom has mixed feelings about his change of school. He, who manoeuvres through life in a rather insecure and conformist way, only finds the strength to face this new challenge in the strong affection for his big brother Leo. Leo, the golden boy loved and admired by everyone, gives him tips, motivates him and is always there for him. Leo also supports him when he starts school. The first day takes an unexpectedly funny course and Tom makes the acquaintance of school freak JB and his cool sister Clarisse. Thanks to his friendship with JB, who goes his own way unconventionally and eccentrically, Tom gets more and more accustomed to his new daily routine and one day, he even finds the courage to face his big lie. Leo, who stands by him in stressful moments, only exists in his imagination. Two years ago his brother died in a car accident in which Tom was also involved. Since then, he has only been able to cope with his loss through denial. But if he really wants to take his life into his own hands, he has to break away from Leo for good.
